We allow 5 days from arrival for returning boards. The board must be in "as new" condition - unblemished, unused, and unwashed. Returned damaged boards must also include a picture(s) of the damaged packaging. The condition of a returned board will be decided by one of our associates who will communicate with you via email.
All returned boards must conform to our RETURN POLICY (see above). Refunds are only considered in cases of damage when no replacement is wanted.
